The RM of Bjorkdale has been approved as an eligible assistance area under PDAP for damages caused by the April 16th & 17th, 2026 snow storm. If you incurred damages from this storm, you can apply for assistance by contacting the RM office.

Davey Resource Group is conducting a vegetation maintenance assessment on behalf of SaskPower throughout the RM. They are currently in the process of getting in touch with landowners to obtain land access permission.

Giving land access permission for vegetation maintenance helps reduce the risk of fires within our Municipality.

The vegetation assessors will be driving white Chevrolet Silverado’s with Davey Resource Group decals.

RFNOW has notified the Municipality that their team will begin visiting properties starting late February as part of the upcoming fiber Internet expansion project.

These visits will help residents and business owners:

✔ Secure their free fiber drop (a $3,000 value)
✔ Ask questions about installation
✔ Learn how fiber internet can increase property values by up to 4.9%
