Development permits are required if you are building any structure larger than 10m² it will require Council approval prior to construction.
- As of April 10, 2019 Development Permits will have a $100 fee to be processed. Once submitted, they will be reviewed at the next council meeting. Approval letters or will be sent out soon after. We will submit developments at Marean Lake and Barrier Ford to their respective boards for approval. The applications for MLAC and BF are below.
- A survey of pins on lot is required for all non-ag located developments.

Overweight Permits are required for hauling above weight limits on RM Roads. Commercial haulers will be required to pay $25 for a single trip permit or $100 for a multi trip permit. Ratepayers will not be required to pay a fee. Road bans will take precedent over the overweight permit.
